We’re looking for a team member that is passionate about maintaining a fleet of Ford trucks and that enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and repairing equipment for our landscape company.
Essential duties and responsibly of the Small Engine/Truck Mechanic Include:
- Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on turf equipment and a fleet of trucks, gas and diesel
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of landscape equipment and fleet of trucks
- Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Includes completing reports and forms required with work assignments
- Maintain vehicle records
- Proficient oral and written communication skills required
- Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintain upkeep using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures
**Valid PA driver’s license required**
**Must be able to lift 75lbs repeatedly**
**PA Inspection Liscense required**
**Willing to update knowledge and participate in educational opportunities; reading technical publications**

• Plant Health Care / Lawn Care Field Supervisor

We are looking for a new team member to lead our Plant Health Care & Lawn Care Team. Candidate must be able to work independently, be an excellent communicator, and be self-motivated!
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Plan, Schedule, Coordinate, and Engage in all related PHC and LC details
- Oversee all applications as dictated by our PHC and LC program
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and propose purchasing of materials as needed
- Develop and hold your direct reports accountable to reach their commitments
- Confirm work is produced in alignment with company standards and we reach our commitments on-time, on budget
- Tend to other related landscape duties in the ‘off season’ related and unrelated to PHC and LC
- Be 100% involved in snow operations if needed
- Oversee the irrigation and seasonal color portion of the business
- Play an active role in the Light and Winter Décor division
