Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Model excellence in customer service through oral and written communication
- Partner with Administrative Team to develop & improve processes
- Effectively communicate schedules to customers and vendors
- Complete all PA One Calls for Operations prior to the installation date
- Create dynamic binders for Full-Service Clients
- Manage the office supplies expense account
- Offer strong bilingual support to Operations/Administration
**Proficiency in Excel required**
**Bilingual required – Spanish/English**
**Willing to be trained in ArborGold and to update knowledge **

We are looking for highly motivated and detail oriented hardscape crew members who take pride in their work!
- ICPI Certification preferred
- Have installation and plant material knowledge required
- Ability to operate a laser transit and set grades comfortably
- Ability to read blue prints (recommended, but not required)
- Precise operation of tools of the trade, trucks, small tools, and equipment
- Working in and around various landscape/hardscape settings
- Work safely in all circumstances
- Accurately complete paperwork in a timely manner
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Take responsibility for all equipment
Valid PA driver’s license required.
Be able to comfortably drive a truck and an enclosed trailer.

As a company, we hold the highest standards of quality and service for our customers and employees.
We are looking to grow our sales team! Do you have what it takes?
Candidate must show strong leadership skills, be a critical thinker, and be self-motivated. Candidate needs to have energy and drive to make this position his/her own. Ideal candidate has had 5+ years of experience in sales and account management. Prior experience in the landscape business and/or a 4 year degree in Landscape Contracting or a related field is required. Candidate must be comfortable with deadlines, customer follow-up, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and crew members.
- Meet sales goals within time limits
- Partner with our Operations Manager to ensure a proper pass, play, and return of all work orders. Visit site during production to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
- Effectively detail work orders to minimize overlooked work and maximize quality control
- Actively visit Full Service sites to ensure quality control
- Develop partnership through proactive communication with clients, vendors, and team members
- Competency in landscape knowledge required
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated to produce and follow-up on leads or create new ones
- Ability to work as a team player with other members of Anewalt’s
Valid PA driver’s license required.
