Kelly Nicodemus started working intermittently at Anewalt’s years ago when the garden center was still in operation. She worked her way up the ladder to become our Office Manager Extraordinaire! Her gentle but firm character makes her a great first contact for our customers and vendors. Kelly oversees communications coming in and out of the office. As well, Kelly runs our Human Resource department with genuine interest and tact. She maintains continual paper flow in the office to ensure that our supervisors, like Jim and Dave, don’t have to spend a great deal of time in the office doing paperwork, but can supervise the crews in the field.
Kelly recently worked along with crew members at the Gosselin house and had this to say about her experience, “It was really rewarding to see our crew members be recognized, for all of the hard work and professionalism that they bring to the job daily, at a national level.” She was one of the staff that was there to help bring the Gosselin gardens to life!
Kelly loves learning new things, talking to customers, and the challenges her position brings her. By nature, she is a problem-solver and has to take on that role quite a bit in daily operations.
Kelly the head coach for Alvernia University's Women’s Volleyball Program. She is an avid reader and literature researcher, specializing in Shakespeare and Toni Morrison.
In December of 2013, she completed her Master of Arts in English Literature at West Chester University.
