Candidate must show strong leadership skills, be a critical thinker, and be self-motivated.  Candidates need to have enough energy and drive to make this position their own.  Ideal candidate has had 5+ years of experience in landscaping and maintenance and a thorough knowledge of plants.  Candidate needs to commit to obtaining industry specific licenses and certifications during the course of employment.  Clean driving record a must; Spanish skills desired.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

Ensure that we have the schedule, tools, and materials in place to guarantee meticulous and timely execution of job installations
Efficiently manage residential and commercial landscape crews
Adhere to client schedules and requests
Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all equipment
Certify the quality of our work meets company standards and customer expectations
Accurately complete paperwork in a timely manner
Communicate professionally with clients
Partner with the administration team to better the company
Work in conjunction with our HR representative to proactively attract, hire, and maintain talented people
Effectively and consistently train and coach fellow employees
Actively sell enhancements and new projects as per established goals

• Plan, Schedule, Coordinate, and Engage in all related PHC and LC details
• Oversee and apply all chemicals as dictated by our PHC and LC program according to Anewalt’s program
• Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and propose purchasing of materials as needed
• Develop and hold your direct reports accountable to reach their commitments
• Confirm work is produced in alignment with company standards and we reach our commitments on-time, on budget
• Tend to other related landscape duties in the ‘off season’ related and unrelated to PHC and LC
• Be 100% involved in snow operations if needed
• Oversee the irrigation and seasonal color portion of the business
• Play an active role in the Light & Winter Décor division

CREW MEMBER: 

This is an entry level position with great potential for upward mobility.  Candidate needs to be motivated, interested in the green industry, and willing to educate himself or herself in proper industry practices.   Candidate needs to have had one to three months related experience and/or training.  Potential employees will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities include:

• Precise operation of maintenance and construction hand tools and light equipment
• Working in and around various landscaping settings
• Work safely in all circumstances.
• Accurately complete paperwork in a timely manner • Report equipment in need of repair
• Take responsibility for all equipment• Communicate professionally with clients

Expectations Include:

• Landscape Crew candidates need to be highly motivated to learn and apply new skills
• Ideal candidate for the Landscape Crew should have 3-5 months of experience in landscaping maintenance or in an outdoor industry
• Spanish skills desired

ACCOUNT MANAGER:

Responsibilities include:

Actively sell landscape jobs as per established goals through proactively identifying opportunities and providing valuable solutions to your clients.
Develop partnership through proactive communication with clients, vendors and team members
Partner with our field supervisors to ensure a proper pass, play and return of all work orders 
• Effectively detail work orders to minimize overlooked work and maximize quality control
