Administrative Assistant:

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

- Assist in processing Accounts Payable
- Assist in managing Accounts Receivable
- Accurately record timesheets
- Oversee inventory to ensure that inventory levels are kept at a minimum
- Assist in renewing contracts by deadline
- Ensure that deadlines and goals for the flow of paper in the organization and record keeping has been maintained
- Effectively engage in process or procedure development and implementations
**Proficiency in QuickBooks required**
**Bilingual a plus – Spanish/English**
**College degree in accounting or equivalent certification/experience required**
**Willing to be trained in ArborGold and to update knowledge **

Landscape Crew Member:
Candidate needs to be highly motivated with enough energy and drive to make this position their own!
An ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in landscape maintenance, but experience is not required.
- Complete all paperwork daily in an accurate and timely manner
- Work safely with no accidents
- Perform quality work with no redo of work
- Complete work at or below budget
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Take care of all equipment
- Have a valid PA Driver’s License, Preferred but not Required
Landscape Crew Lead:

Hardscape Crew Leader:

After winning national awards for our hardscaping, we are looking to build our team and expand! We are looking for highly motivated and detail oriented hardscape crew members who take pride in their work.
- Precise operation of tools of the trade, trucks, small tools, and equipment.
- Working in and around various landscape/hardscape settings.
- Work safely in all circumstances.
- Report equipment in need of repair.
- Accurately complete paperwork in a timely manner.
- Communicate professionally with clients.
- Take responsibility for all equipment.
- Ability to read blue prints. (recommended, but not required)
- Ability to operate a laser transit and set grades comfortably.
- Have plant material id and installation knowledge.
- ICPI Certification for Hardscaping
**Valid PA driver’s license required.

Arborist/Tree Climber:
Arborist/Climbing Qualifications:

- Working in and around various landscaping settings

- Communicate professionally with clients
- Take responsibility for all equipment
- Align crew and workorders before performing the job
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, or a related field desired
- ISA Arborist Certification*
Arborist/Climber Expectations Include:
- Landscape Crew candidates need to be highly motivated to learn and apply new skills
- Ideal candidate for the Climber/Arborist should have 5 years of experience or an Arborist Certification
Lawn Care / Plant Health Care Technician:
Candidate must show strong leadership skills, be a critical thinker, and be self-motivated. Candidates need to have enough energy and drive to make this position their own. Ideal candidate has had 1+ years of experience in Lawn Care or Plant Health Care or a 2/4 year degree in Forestry, Turf Management or a related field of study. Thorough knowledge of plants is required. Candidate needs to commit to obtaining industry specific licenses and certifications during the course of employment, including a certified pesticide applicators license. Clean driving record a must; Spanish skills desired.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Performing all functions of Lawn Care or Plant Health Care: Integrated Pest Management – Fertilizing, weed control, tree injection and invigoration, identifying issues in lawns and plant material within a landscape setting
- Forming relationships with customers and professionally communicating with clients to educate them about proper plant health care practices to ensure job satisfaction
- Demonstrating proficiency with products and techniques used to maintain each landscape
- Take responsibility for all equipment

Sales/Account Manager:
We love creativity in our landscapes! We deeply respect the principles of landscape design. We know the difference a landscape design degree can make in ensuring excellent design/build projects. This position is multi-faceted and the Account Manager/Designer will report directly to Ed and Lori Anewalt.
Candidate must show strong leadership skills, be a critical thinker, and be self-motivated. Candidate needs to have energy and drive to make this position his/her own. Ideal candidate has had 2+ years of experience in sales and account management. Prior experience in the landscape business and/or a 4 year degree in Landscape Contracting or a related field is preferable. Candidate must be comfortable with deadlines, customer follow-up, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and crew members.
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated to produce and follow-up on leads or create new ones
- Effective communication; both internally and with customers.
- Meet sales goals set within time limits.
- Propose and sell enhancements to properties, full service contracts, snow contracts, and lights proposals.
- Ability to work as a team player with other members of Anewalt’s
- Competency in landscape design

Landscape Designer:

Ideal candidate has had 2+ years of experience in sales and account management. Prior experience in the landscape business and/or a 4 year degree in Landscape Contracting or a related field is preferable. Candidate must be comfortable with deadlines, customer follow-up, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and crew members.
- Effective time management and organizational skills

- Assist with Lights & Winter Décor division (as needed)
- Ability to work as a team player with other members of Anewalt’s
- Fluency in a CAD-based design program, preferred, but not required
- Assist with snow operations (as needed)
- Competency in landscape design
Field Supervisor:
This energetic professional will help lead an incredible production team. The Supervisor will report directly to Chilo Pinon, Operations Manager.
- Ideal candidate for the Field Supervisor position should have 2-3 years of experience in landscaping maintenance and a thorough knowledge of plants.
- Candidate needs to commit to obtaining industry specific licenses and certifications during the course of employment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ability to effectively manage field personnel
- Efficiently adhere to schedules
- Manage residential and commercial landscape crews
- Ability to lead/coach fellow employees
- Adhere to client schedules and requests
- Ensure safe operation of all equipment
- Guarantee meticulous and timely execution of job installation
- Accurately complete paperwork in a timely manner
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Take responsibility for all equipment
